Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Thutora's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Thutora.

2. Service Description

Thutora provides an online platform that connects travelers with accommodation and travel service providers. We facilitate bookings through an escrow-based payment system.

We do not own, operate, or manage any properties or services listed on our platform. Our role is limited to facilitating the connection between Guests and Hosts/Suppliers.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• -Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and booking
• -Respect the property and terms set by accommodation providers
• -Communicate professionally with property owners and our support team
• -Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thutora operates an escrow-based payment system. Guest payments are held securely and released to Hosts after check-in and confirmation of service delivery, provided no valid dispute is raised.

• -Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days before check-in, unless stated otherwise
• -Cancellations 7 to 3 days before check-in receive a 50% refund
• -Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in may receive no refund unless required by law
• -Host cancellations trigger a full refund from escrow
• -No-shows are non-refundable unless the service is not delivered or law requires otherwise

5. Disputes, Chargebacks, and Force Majeure

Disputes must be raised through Thutora before check-in. Escrow funds are frozen during review, and we determine outcomes based on evidence from both parties.

Guests are encouraged to contact Thutora before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or severe weather) may qualify for special consideration, including refunds or credits, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Thutora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.
